Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
We ship exclusively to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Upon approving your return request, we will send you a return authorization number along with further instructions.
Return Policy:
- htfhardware.com must be notified by email of the intent to return product(s) within 7 days of delivery
- Customer must obtain a return authorization number and this number must appear on the return label
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Returned items (shipping/postage paid by the customer) are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that return items are adequately packaged
- Pending inspection, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and will be in the same form previously accepted for payment.
- Defective items, or items shipped in error will be replaced or allowed full credit upon return of the items
